Why Aerobic Gymnastics

Aerobic gymnastics is the most energetic of all the types. And with routines performed either individually or in groups, it's a great way to improve your fitness by yourself or with a team. If you're new to the sport, you don't need any special equipment or skills to take part. You can just jump straight in and start building your strength and stamina from day one.
If you like the idea of high-energy performances, you'll feel right at home with aerobic gymnastics. And with classes for all adults, teens and children, it's easy to get started. You can dive straight in to a class, learn the basic moves, and start having fun straight away. Then, as you improve, you can start performing more and more awesome routines. If you want, you can even enter one of our competitions for teams or individuals. They're open for every age range from child to adult. Or you can just do it for fun and fitness. It's up to you.
